About Barbara Steele

Barbara Steele is a Registered Interior Designer, a designation given to professionals who are members of the Association of Registered Interior Designers of Ontario (ARIDO) and who have passed professional examinations offered by the National Council for Interior Design Qualification (NCIDQ).

Barbara's experience covers the full range of interior design services, from investigation/design concept to construction documents and project management, for both commercial and residential interiors.

Her BCIN (Building Code Information Number) applies to house, small building and large building - Barbara's work is Ontario Building Code compliant and she can apply for building permits on behalf of her clients.

Having worked for over 40 residential clients, Barbara knows the best, most creative solutions for home renovations, and prepares construction documents that ensure contractors knows what to build - before the job is priced. Barbara can also administer construction work, liaising with the contractor or trades on the owner's behalf.
